uTrust TS Cards come pre-programmed with a set of diversified keys that are securely controlled by Identiv and guard against unauthorised access (i.e., preventing card duplication and forging) if you need specific cryptographic keys to protect your assets. Additionally, the secrecy and integrity of interactions between cards and readers are safeguarded by these keys. You may be familiar with our VIP Programme. Identiv unlocks TS Cards so that YOU maintain control. You may create your own secret keys, securely share them with Identiv, and quickly order cards and readers. Using Open Source Software to Improve Physical Security Standards
Identiv has published the Open Access Card Format (OACF), which outlines the data sent to the cards, together with the source code used to programme and customise their uTrust TS Card line. You may access the OACF standard on GitHub. Please feel free to contact oss@identiv.com with any inquiries. DESFire EV1 and DESFire EV2 cards can be programmed and interacted with using Identiv's programming library. The code may be readily updated to enable other instructions, and Identiv will accept pull requests, even if the business has only implemented a portion of the commands accessible on DESFire cards.
A Flexible Framework for Current Specifications
Looking for various closed-loop payment or access control applications? Various DESFire apps can be pre-programmed onto uTrust TS Cards. We've also integrated NXP's general access control data model specifications (also known as NXP PACS, Application Note AN10957), which are excellent for third-party alternatives. Our cards can include either the NXP PACS or the TS Card application alone, or both. If you're still having trouble locating what you're looking for, we can provision unique programmes, files, or keys by making use of the NXP MIFARE DESFire chip family's extensive array of multi-application capabilities.
