Primis offers additional flexibility to accommodate the requirements of a particular installation because it is available in three (3) different finishes (matte black, gloss black, or matte white). Additionally, you can ask for faceplates with your own branding, logos, and colour overlays.
Without requiring an expensive investment, Primis improves any access control environment. The entry-level readers are made for use in the public or private sector and are perfect for establishments like banks, schools, shopping malls and apartment buildings because they:
- 1) Uses several kinds of credentials, including proximity and smart cards
- 2) Migration from one credential technology to another is necessary
- 3) Supports single-site, multi-tenant access control systems as a requirement.
Primis Readers facilitate the transition from legacy to smart card-based access control credentials by supporting low-frequency (125 kHz) proximity credentials, tags, and fobs as well as high-frequency (13.56 MHz) credentials, such as MIFARE and DESFire. Primis is compatible with the majority of physical access setups and is based on the industry-standard Wiegand protocol.
Primis Readers have a mini-mullion footprint, are excellent for confined spaces, and are simple to install almost anywhere.
